John Fimmano began his first season as an assistant coach with the Men's and Women's Swimming programs 2021. After two successful seasons as an assistant coach, he was elevated to Interim Head Coach in August of 2023. Previously, Fimmano swam collegiately for Division III University of Scranton where he served as a captain and was named Team MVP in 2019. He was also a four-time all-Landmark Conference honoree. Fimmano earned his Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Scranton in May 2021.

Miranda Smith enters her second season as the Arcadia Knights assistant coach in 2023-24. In her first season as assistant coach, Smith helped coach the Knights to a runner-up finish on the men’s side at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championship, and the women’s team to a 4th place finish. The women’s team earned 12 All-Conference selections, while the men’s team had 20 student-athletes recognized as All-Conference performers. She graduated with two Bachelor of Art degrees in Graphic Design and Communications from Cabrini University in 2021. There, Smith was a four-year member of the Women’s Swim Team and the Women’s Tennis Team. She helped the swim team earn an Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championship win and two Atlantic East Conference Championship wins in 2018, 2019 and 2020 respectively.
