From Lowell, MA, Coach Mike Wardwell is the Head Coach at Mountain View Aquatic Center. He has been coaching for 25 years and 9 of those years have been with Chattahoochee Gold. His favorite part of being a coach is working with kids, which has led him to his favorite coaching experiences of attending his first senior national meet in 2006, winning Massachusetts High School State for the first time in that school’s history, and winning back to back state titles in Arizona. His top three personal achievements are getting married to his lovely wife, buying a house, and buying his truck. One interesting fact about him is that he is colorblind.
