Recruiting information

Hello prospective collegiate swimmers and divers,

We’d love to help you take your swimming to the next level!  At Northern Michigan we have a long history of helping athletes achieve amazing results including 47 NCAA National Champions and over 268 All-Americans. Both our men and women are consistently ranked in the top-15 in the NCAA and both teams are Scholastic All-American.  Our women’s team is the defending GLIAC conference champion.

If you’d like to learn about life here on NMU's campus, please check out this short video: https://youtu.be/JtpUN4_mXhI.

You can follow a bit more about our training and team camaraderie by viewing our team’s Instagram @NMU_swim_and_dive.

Lastly, Northern Michigan University is ranked as the 18th safest campus in the U.S and 2nd safest campus in Michigan when considering all colleges from all divisions.
