Recruiting information

We recruit well-rounded people and students that will thrive and succeed at PLU in academics, athletics, and future professional development. Our team prides itself on putting our best efforts in the classroom first, then the pool. Swimming is a privilege earned at PLU because of what you're able to accomplish outside of the pool deck.

Characteristics we look for in our recruits...

  • Academically-minded student
  • Effective communicator
  • Good moral compass
  • Strong work ethic
  • Times competitive in the NWC
