Our fitness center is the main area where our sporting teams becoming stronger and prepare for the post season. We have a 3x world champion power lifter, Keith Klahold, as our full time strength coach. If you are willing to put the time in the weight room, Keith and I are willing to take you to the next level.
The weight room has 6 state of the art squat racks. Two full sets of dumbells, from 5 lbs. to 100 lbs. There is a full set of Kettle Bells, 5 lbs to 100 lbs. Six treadmills, 4 ellipticals, 4 stationary bikes, plus numerous pneumatic machines.
Located next to the weight room is a 40 yard by 15 yard fitness training area. Teams perform speed and agility work in this area. We use the area to perform dryland training every night before practice.
